Ingredients
Fruit
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or thawed frozen)
Lemonade Base
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
For Serving
- 2 cups ice cubes
Optional Garnishes
- Fresh strawberry slices
- Mango cubes
- Lemon slices
- Fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
Add the strawberries and mango chunks to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
(Optional) Pour the fruit puree through a fine-mesh strainer for a smoother lemonade.
In a large pitcher, whisk together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour in the cold water and stir well.
Add the strawberry-mango puree and stir until fully combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice if needed.
Fill serving glasses with ice.
Pour the lemonade over the ice.
Garnish with lemon slices, strawberries, mango cubes, and fresh mint.
Serve immediately.
