  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

For the Fruit Topping

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan or round baking pan.


Step 2 Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookie crust to cool completely.


Step 3

In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.


Step 4

Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edge.


Step 5

Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries in a festive red, white, and blue pattern.


Step 6

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
