It’s an easy no-cook appetizer that’s perfect for BBQs, cookouts, family gatherings, and summer celebrations. Beautiful, delicious, and ready in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

Cheeses

  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz mozzarella pearls

Meats

  • 6 oz sliced salami
  • 6 oz sliced pepperoni

Fresh Fruit

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Crackers & Crunch

  • 1 box assorted crackers
  • 2 cups pretzel twists
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks

Sweet Touches

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup white chocolate-covered pretzels (optional)

Extras

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • ¼ cup blueberry preserves
  • Star-shaped white cheddar slices (optional)


Instructions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry all fresh berries.

Slice the strawberries in half.


Step 2

Place the strawberry jam and blueberry preserves into two small serving bowls.

Position them on opposite sides of a large wooden serving board.


Step 3

Arrange the cheeses around the board.

Mix sliced cheese, cubes, and mozzarella pearls to create different textures.


Step 4

Fold the salami into ribbons or simple roses.

Arrange pepperoni in small overlapping stacks beside the cheeses.


Step 5

Scatter strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries evenly across the board.

Use the berries to fill larger open spaces.


Step 6

Add crackers, pretzels, and pretzel sticks throughout the board.

Keep similar items grouped together.


Step 7

Fill the remaining gaps with mini marshmallows and white chocolate pretzels.

Add rosemary sprigs and star-shaped cheese for a festive finish.
