For Rolling:

Instructions

Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Beat butter and sugars 2 minutes until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, lemon juice, and red gel coloring.

Add dry ingredients on low. Mix in milk. Fold in white chocolate chips.

Chill dough 2 hours.
