Easy Christmas Cranberry Meatballs—juicy meatballs coated in a sweet-tangy cranberry glaze. A fast 25-minute holiday appetizer everyone loves!
Ingredients
For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground meat

1 egg
-
¼ cup breadcrumbs

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
-
¼ cup pecorino cheese, grated

¼ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp tomato puree
For the Cranberry Sauce:

9 oz whole cranberry sauce
-
⅓ cup ketchup
-
3 tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce
-
⅛ cup water (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl until combined.

Scoop into 24 portions, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined tray.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

In a skillet, stir together cranberry sauce, ketchup, and chili sauce. Simmer. Thin with water if needed.

Add cooked meatballs and coat well.

Serve warm.
Notes
Pecorino adds saltiness; adjust added salt as needed.
Do not use pureed tomatoes.
Makes 24–26 meatballs (4 per serving).
Use thermometer if unsure about doneness.
