  • ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (15.25-oz) box yellow cake mix

  • ½ cup Christmas sprinkles

  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for rolling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment.

  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

  3. Add the cake mix and stir until a thick dough forms.

  4. Fold in sprinkles gently.

  5. Chill dough for 30 minutes.

  6. Scoop into 1.5-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.

Notes
